Refund policy
No returns on original artwork - Since each piece is a unique, one-of-a-kind creation, all sales of original artwork are final. We encourage customers to review all images, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
Damaged in transit - If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and find a resolution.
Significantly not as described - If the artwork you receive is significantly different from its description or photos (excluding minor variations in color due to screen displays), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
